I can’t say enough positive things about Traci Farrell as an exemplary person and as a full-service experienced realtor. Our journey began in July 2021 when Traci was recommended to us through our dear friend and realtor in San Diego. She made the initial contact with Traci letting her know of our interest. I followed up by phone to let her know that we were interested in buying property in the Park City area. We discussed general ideas of what we were looking for in a home. She set up a portal for us to view properties over the next few months to further clarify the type of home that we were looking for. She maintained a steady stream of communication letting us know that she is available whenever we were ready to take the next steps.

Since we were living out of town, we set up a time before Thanksgiving to come visit the area and begin looking at current listings that met our specs. She devoted 3-4 days of showing us properties in the Park City, Heber Valley and Kamas areas. She provided us each day with a clipboard of the MLS properties that we were to visit each day. We wanted to tour homes in a pretty large area as we were not sure exactly what area would suit us best. After a tour of each property, we communicated our likes/dislikes which helped us further refine the areas that suited us best as well. She was so patient, listening to our concerns and remained so communicative throughout the whole process. She worked so well with the other listing agents and even set up for us to revisit some of our top choices within the tight time limits that we required.

When we were ready to submit an offer, she represented us so well through the whole process of offer, negotiating a counter offer, setting up inspection, negotiating inspection findings and repairs and providing us a calendar of events that needed to take place in order to close prior to Christmas. We required a lot of hand holding partly because we were out of town and also because buying a home is something that we have done only every few decades or so! We were unable to be present during the final home inspection so she face-timed with us and walked us through some of the remaining concerns that we had. Once we closed and let her know the time in which we would arrive, she came over to our new home and made sure that it was move in ready by making it so warm and inviting. She greeted us with the keys and a bottle of champagne to celebrate with our family who caravanned with us to move in.

Traci Farrell is the ultimate realtor and we highly recommend her! She is sweet and kind, patient, good listener, efficient in her follow-up/response time as always making herself available by phone, text and e-mail. She is trustworthy as there was never a question through the whole process that she had our best interests in mind. Buying a new home can be overwhelming but Traci greatly lowered our anxiety levels by walking through each step with us and for that I am eternally grateful.

We were looking to complete a 1031 exchange for an investment property in Park City, UT and Traci came highly recommended. With a 1031, you have a short window to purchase, and since we were there only for an extended weekend, we wanted to maximize our time while visiting Park City and see as many properties we could. When we arrived in Park City, we saw 24 properties (6 each day). She was super patient (we have kids that came with us), so well informed with Park City, and on each property we saw. If we saw a property that wasn't on her list for us, she was quick to make the showing happen. By the end of the weekend, we had narrowed our choices to 3. On our way to the airport, a new listing popped up and she did the additional showing via Facetime, and went back to our favorite properties and sent us a video tour that she created so we would have it for reference. Traci was also a big help with negotiations and our offer strategy. And she works comfortably via text which was super helpful for us. She’s also a great human being – kind, light-hearted, smart, thoughtful, timely, driven, hardworking, patient, and FUN! We now have a new friend in Park City!

Traci was there for the inspection and assisted us with getting the necessary people in place for the various services required to run an investment property as out-of-town owners (ie. Rental Management, maintenance services, insurance, etc.). She was even our point of contact initially for these services and was there for the appointments when we couldn't be… all of this while 8 months pregnant. Traci is absolutely your go-to Realtor if you are an out-of-town buyer and/or investor. We highly recommend Traci Farrell!
